Kawasaki General Designs

The Kawasaki project brought together a team of 4 to 6 UX/UI designers to deliver a unified vision for RIDEOLOGY THE APP POWERSPORTS. Together, we worked to develop and enforce comprehensive design libraries encompassing hundreds of reusable components. These libraries ensured consistency across user flows and aligned with Kawasaki’s established design guidelines.

My Role

As part of the team, I was responsible for creating new frames in user flows, ensuring they adhered to the brand’s design language. I also partnered closely with the Kawasaki business team and a business analyst to address direct design needs, providing tailored solutions for current and future initiatives.

Challenges and Solutions

The project presented unique challenges, such as maintaining design consistency across multiple flows while addressing diverse user roles. By implementing a robust design library, we achieved uniformity and efficiency.

The Kawasaki app features real-time geolocation tracking, allowing users to monitor their exact location and receive live speed updates for a more connected and dynamic riding experience.

Concepts

Fleet Management System Concept

Kawasaki requested a design proposal for a fleet management system, which catered to both workers and managers.

The worker app focused on daily task management, geolocation tracking, and a comprehensive equipment list. The manager web platform allowed task delegation, equipment management, and access to critical metrics such as engine maintenance requests. This concept highlighted my ability to create role-specific user experiences that address unique operational needs.

Dealership App Proposal

Another design concept targeted dealership operations, enhancing customer and dealer interactions. This app enabled users to:

Browse inventory with ease. Access repair tutorials for better maintenance. Purchase parts specific to their Kawasaki vehicles. The dealership app reflected Kawasaki’s commitment to empowering users with tools that enhance their ownership experience.
